Shipping Policy

What are the delivery charges for orders placed in our online store?

We offer free standard delivery for orders above £49 placed within the UK.

  • FREE UK standard delivery 2-3 working days
  • Express UK next day delivery £9.99 per order
  • International deliveries are charged according to your country and region.

Will I have to pay customs duty?

All countries outside the UK may have additional customs clearance charges. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We regret that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For further details please contact your local customs authority. *Please note we are not in a position to refund any customs/import duty paid. Please also note that due to strict Airmail weight restrictions some orders must be split into separate parcels before dispatch.

Which courier company do we use?

We use a combination of internal couriers for deliveries. We use DPD, DHL  and TNT to UK,  Europe and the Rest of the World.

Will my order require a signature upon delivery?

Yes. All parcels require a signature when being delivered.

If you are in they will require a signature from someone at the delivery address.

If you are not in to sign for the parcel, they will leave a card advising you that the parcel has been left at your local postal depot, where you will need to pick up your parcel. Please take photo ID to claim your parcel from the depot office.

They should not leave parcels if they can’t get a signature.

When will I receive my order?

Within the UK:

Our orders are sent via courier and are normally delivered from 24 to 48 working hours. Please note that this is not guaranteed and some parcels can take slightly longer due to bank holidays, or postal delays, especially during busy periods such as Christmas.

Outside the UK:

Our international orders are normally shipped via Airmail to the destination country and then via your local postal service. Within Europe orders normally arrive within 3-5 working days and to the rest of the world anywhere between 5-7 working days. As with parcels sent within the UK, some parcels can take slightly longer due to postal delays. Parcels may also be delayed by customs procedures as customs duty may need to be paid before your parcel can be delivered in some non-EU countries.
