MCCM Medical Cosmetics - Tranexamicum é especialmente formulado para uniformizar o tom da pele e reduzir a produção de melanina. Também é um inibidor da tirosinase, que reduz a produção de melanina, prevenindo e melhorando o aparecimento de manchas escuras na pele.

Routine Step: CLEANSE: Cleanse the skin with the Cleansing Milk, applying it on the hands and then gently massage all over the face, neck and décolleté; then rinse with water; Apply the Facial Tonic with cotton pads; EXFOLIATE: Apply the Salicylic Removing with a gauze or cotton pad, on the face, neck and décolleté; TREATMENT: Dilute the Tranexamicum with 10cc of Serum Solution. 1. This product has a powder form, it is 1500 IU, which means that it is 10 times more powerful than the diluted, it needs to be mixed with the MCCM Medical Cosmetics Sodium Chloride at 0.9%.
